Our Mission

We believe that conversations are the foundation of human progress. In the world filled with noise, we are focused on looking at actual conversational actions in social interactions to improve our ability to communicate effectively. We are guided by our passion to use technology to enhance our conversations in actionable ways.

We use the principles of Conversation Analysis to disassemble interactions into actions performed through speech, text, email and mass communication. We apply patent-pending machine learning techniques to establish the relationship between actions and outcomes. We are dedicated to help sales teams learn from their experience and make every word count.

We are a team of Entrepreneurs, Linguists, and Technologists with a combined five decades of customer interactions experience in the technology sector. We are fortunate to be mentored and advised by Data Scientists, Linguists and Sales Leaders across the board.
